- 1Go to Campaigns → New campaign.
- 2Name it, then add steps. Each step is an email with its own delay (e.g. Day 0, then +3 days, then +5 days).
- 3Write each email. Insert variables like {{first_name}}, {{job_title}}, and {{org_name}} with the chips above the editor.
- 4Start from a template (Passive Candidate Nurture, Re-engage Past Applicants, Hiring Event) to move faster.
- 5Save & activate.
A campaign can have up to 12 steps. Pause or edit it anytime from the campaign list.
